Hey,I'm new to the whole fitblr lifestyle but I need some help. I want to loose quite a bit of weight as seen on my blog. I run track (sprinter) for my school so I workout Monday-Friday. My workouts range from running(short but fast distances),circuits,bleachers/hills,abs, or weightlifting. Do I have to work in 30 mile runs to my schedule to loose weight as well? I also have a myfitnesspal where I am on a 1200 calorie diet and I keep up with it. I drink about 3-4 bottles of water a day. advice?
Hiya! I would recommend at your position more long runs and avoid fast, high intense runs during a loose weight period. Plus a little more calories to put in (about 1400 kcal) because I think that long term change comes from long, hard work and mentally it’s better for you to get used to and love your new shape. I suggest omega fats, tomatoes in the morning and loads of water all day, and eat 5 times a day. Be positive and be open for the change in mind!
